Grid and Garage is a small, local business backed by 8 years of experience in the trade.
Our founder was born and raised in the Central Valley and started this company to serve the community she grew up in. She's spent her career in construction because she loves the work, and that shows up in the details.
We're built on two commitments.
The first is giving homeowners organization solutions that look and hold up like something out of a showroom.
The second is mentorship. The trades need skilled people, and we put real effort into training the next generation to do this work well.
Hi there! I’m Anita Sengrath, a multi-trade contractor and the founder of Grid and Garage, proudly based in Fresno, California. My passion is helping turn chaotic spaces into showroom-quality, perfectly organized spaces. Whether you dream of a total garage makeover with shiny epoxy floors and custom cabinets, want to maximize your indoor storage with walk-in closets and pantries, or need to save precious floor space with a seamless Murphy bed, I’m here to create premium solutions that fit your lifestyle.
With over 8 years of experience in electrical and construction, I bring a unique layer of technical expertise to every project. From designing your layout and installing outlets to adding the perfect custom lighting, I take care of the details so your space feels both stunning and functional. As your neighbor and a local business owner, I treat every project with the same care and pride I’d give my own home.
For me, contracting is about so much more than transforming spaces—it’s about building up our community. As a woman working in a traditionally male-dominated field, I care deeply about mentoring and supporting the next generation of women in the skilled trades. At Grid and Garage, I’m committed to providing inclusive workforce mentorship, sharing real-world hands-on skills, and opening doors for women who want to build rewarding careers in construction and electrical work.
When I’m not on a job site mixing resin, leveling cabinets, or running wire, you’ll probably find me out exploring new places, traveling, or just enjoying quality time with my family and our two playful dogs.
Ready to upgrade your space or join our mission? I can’t wait to hear from you!
